"When Modern Was" was founded in December of 2006 by two long time friends who love collecting and hunting for vintage objects that inspire the imagination. We carefully select our furniture, home accessories and jewelry with an eye for craftsmanship, detail and beauty. We work with talented local artists to show their works of art in block printing, paintings, lithos and more. To our delight we have found our customers are as excited as we are to show them our wondrous finds!
